【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国的高等工科教育人才培养模式不断转变,但同时也暴露出一些问题,主要表现在教学模式机械化、人才培养的目标定位不清晰、缺乏独立、完整的实践教学体系、忽视人文科学的培养等。这些问题反映出我国高等工科教育人才培养还存在很多不足之处。因此本文基于当前我国高等工科教育人才培养模式现状,探讨如何培养出符合时代需求的人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up,the training mode of Higher Engineering Education in China has been constantly changing,but some problems have been exposed at the same time,which are mainly manifested in the mechanization of teaching mode,the lack of clear target orientation,the lack of independent and complete practice teaching system,and the neglect of the cultivation of human arts.These problems reflect that there are still many deficiencies in talent cultivation of Higher Engineering Education in China.Therefore,based on the current situation of talents training mode in Higher Engineering Education in China,this paper discusses how to train talents that meet the needs of the times.更多还原
