【摘要】 目的探讨Survivin在人体胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取自2014年5月至2015年12月在辽宁省肿瘤医院接受治疗的33例胰腺癌患者的胰腺组织标本为观察组,另选取33份非肿瘤性胰腺组织标本为对照组。应用免疫组化S-P法对两组胰腺组织标本中的Survivin表达情况进行检测。结果观察组胰腺组织的Survivin蛋白阳性表达率为66.7%(22/33),对照组的胰腺组织未检测到Survivin表达;在观察组中,Survivin表达与肿瘤的临床病理分期、分化程度均存在显著相关性(P<0.05);Survivin表达与肿瘤部位及大小、患者性别及年龄均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论胰腺癌组织中的Survivin表达水平与胰腺癌的发生、发展存在密切联系,其对疾病的诊断、预后判定均具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin in pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance.Methods From May 2014 to December 2015,33 pancreatic tissue samples from patients with pancreatic cancer treated were divided into the observation group,and 33 non-neoplastic pancreatic tissue samples were divided into the control group.Survivin expression in pancreatic tissue samples of two groups was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method.Results The Survivin expression rate of pancreatic tissue in the observation group was 66.7%(22/33),while Survivin expression was not detected in pancreatic tissue in the control group.In the observation group,Survivin expression was significantly correlated with the clinicopathological stage and differentiation of tumors(P<0.05).Survivin expression was not significantly correlated with tumor site and size,gender or age(P>0.05).Conclusion Survivin expression is closely related to the occurrence and progression of pancreatic cancer,which is of great significance for diagnosis and prognosis of pancreatic cancer.更多还原
