【摘要】 目的比较冠心病介入治疗对不同年龄段患者心肌运动的影响。方法选取自2016年1月至2018年4月乐山市人民医院收治的185例冠心病患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受介入治疗。将患者按照不同年龄段分组,年龄<35岁组、35～44岁组、45～54岁组、55～64岁组、年龄≥65岁组分别有19、32、38、57、39例患者。比较各组患者介入治疗前和治疗后1、6个月的左室收缩功能指标和左室收缩同步性指标。结果治疗后1、6个月,患者的左室收缩末期容积均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、6个月,患者的左室射血分数均较治疗前上升,且治疗后6个月高于治疗后1个月,尤以35～44岁年龄段最为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、6个月,患者的Tmsv 16-SD、Tmsv 12-SD均较治疗前降低,且治疗后6个月低于治疗后1个月,尤以35～44岁、45～54岁年龄段最为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论介入治疗可明显改善冠心病患者心肌运动,其中,以35～44岁的低龄患者改善效果最为显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of coronary heart disease intervention on myocardial movement in patients of different ages.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 185 cases of patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted from January 2016 to April 2018.Patients were divided into different age groups.There were 19,32,38,57 and 39 patients in the group younger than 35 years old,35-44 years old,45-54 years old,55-64 years old and more than 65 years old,respectively.The indicators of left ventricular systolic function and left ventricular systolic synchrony before and after interventional therapy were compared.Results At 1 and 6 months after treatment,the left ventricular end-systolic volume of the patients decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 6 months after treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) of the patients increased compared with that before treatment,and 6 months after treatment was higher than that after treatment,especially at the age of 35-44 years old(P<0.05).At 1 and 6 months after treatment,Tmsv 16-SD and Tmsv 12-SD of the patients were lower than before treatment,and 6 months after treatment were lower than 1 month after treatment,especially in the age group of 35-44 years old and 45-54 years old(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional therapy can significantly improve myocardial movement in patients with coronary heart disease,among which,the improvement effect is most significant in patients aged 35-44 years old.更多还原
