【摘要】 对降压类中成药中添加二氢吡啶类钙拮抗降压药(硝苯地平、尼索地平、氨氯地平、苯磺酸氨氯地平)的快速筛查方法进行了研究.以9种市售降压类中成药为研究对象,通过甲醇萃取,采集其萃取液的近红外光谱图(FT-NIR),利用TQ Analyst 9.0软件,采用判别分析法(Discriminant Analysis)建立了降压类中成药中二氢吡啶类钙拮抗降压药的快速筛查模型.用模型检测了另外16种市售降压类中成药,结果表明其阴性样品和阳性样品的识别正确率为100%,误判数为0.更多还原

【Abstract】 The method of rapid screening of dihydropyridine calcium antagonist anti-hypertensive drugs(nifedipine, nisodipine, amlodipine, amlodipine besylate) in anti-hypertensive Chinese medicine was investigated. Taking 9 kinds of anti-hypertensive Chinese medicines as the object, the recognition model of dihydropyridine calcium antagonist antihypertensive drugs was established using FT-NIR combined with discriminant analysis by TQ Analyst 9.0 software.
