【摘要】 目的采用第三方评价的方式全面了解医院住院患者的信任度行为情况及其影响因素,为医院提高住院患者信任度提供参考。方法由专业的第三方评价机构对住院患者的信任度情况和信任度行为进行调查和评估,并对影响患者信任度行为的因素进行逐步回归分析。结果不同年龄、性别、职业、文化程度、婚姻状况、医保形式、月收入、健康状况以及满意度的住院患者的信任度行为评分有显著差异(P<0.05)。第三方信任度评价得分低于医院信任度自评(P<0.05)。年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、医保形式、月收入、健康状况以及满意度是影响住院患者信任度行为的主要因素。结论由专业的第三方评价机构对住院患者的信任度进行评价的结果与医院自评的结果存在差异性。对信任度行为的影响因素进行分析,有助于更加客观地了解医院医疗服务现况,改进医疗服务质量,为制定更完善的医疗保障制度提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comprehensively understand the behavior of trust degree and its influencing factors in hospital inpatients by third-party evaluation, and to provide reference for the hospital to improve the trust degree of hospitalized patients. Methods A professional third-party evaluation institution was used to investigate and evaluate the trust degree and confidence of inpatients, and the factors influencing the patient’s trust behavior were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the scores of trust behavior among inpatients with different age, sex, occupation, education level, marital status, medical insurance form, monthly income, health status, and satisfaction(P<0.05). The score of third party trust degree was lower than that of hospital trust(P<0.05). Age, sex, educational level, marital status, medical insurance form, monthly income, health status, and satisfaction were the main factors that affect the patient’s trust behavior. Conclusion There is a difference between the results of the evaluation of the trust degree of the inpatients by the professional third-party evaluation institute and the results of the hospital self-evaluation. The analysis of the influencing factors of trust behavior is help to understand the present situation of hospital medical service, improve the quality of medical service, and provide the reference for the establishment of a more perfect medical insurance system.更多还原
