自适应自诊断发动机电子冷却泵控制器设计
Development of adaptive and self-diagnosis controller for the engine electronic cooling pump
【摘要】 针对传统机械型发动机冷却水泵无法根据各种温度以及发动机负荷的变化控制水泵流量,从而造成发动机散热量控制不准确的缺点,设计了具有自适应自诊断功能的发动机电子冷却泵控制器。讨论了水泵控制系统的基本架构、核心电路原理、参数推导以及软件结构。该系统可以自适应于自然吸气燃油车、涡轮增压燃油车以及电动车,可通过Lin总线或CAN总线进行通信。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional mechanical engine cooling water pump, it designs an engine electronic cooling pump controller with self-adaptive self-diagnosis function. The paper introduces the basic structure, core circuit and parameter calculation of pump control system. This control system is adaptable to naturally aspirated fuel vehicles, turbocharged fuel vehicles and electric vehicles, can communicate with ECU through Lin bus or CAN bus.
