深海传感器封装壳体的设计与分析

【摘要】 基于外压容器设计准则,对深海传感器封装壳体的结构进行了强度与稳定性理论计算,并进行了设计。在理论计算与设计的基础上,对封装壳体的强度和稳定性进行了有限元分析。通过分析确认,所设计的深海传感器封装壳体可以满足在水下7 000 m无损坏、不泄漏的工作要求。

【Abstract】 Based on the design criteria of the external pressure vessel, the theoretical calculation and the design of the strength and stability of the package housing for deep sea sensor were carried out. Based on the theoretical calculation and design, the finite element analysis of the strength and stability of the package housing was carried out. Through analysis, it confirms that the designed package housing for deep sea sensor can meet the work request, and it will work properly without damage and leakage in a 7 000 m deep sea.
