【Abstract】 Based on the Technology Roadmap for Energy Saving and New Energy Vehicles, the key processes of lightweight construction of the new energy vehicle were studied from the aspects of welding process and forming process. The introduction on laser tailor welded blanks, aluminum alloy tailor welded blanks, cold metal transition welding and the dissimilar metal spot welding and the analyses of continuous variable section plate forming and internal high pressure forming may provide a reference for relevant industries and technicians.更多还原
