新能源汽车结构轻量化关键工艺的研究
Research on Key Processes of Lightweight Construction of New Energy Vehicle
【摘要】 基于《节能与新能源汽车技术路线图》,从焊接工艺和成形工艺两方面对新能源汽车结构轻量化的关键工艺进行研究。介绍了激光拼焊板、铝合金拼焊板、冷金属过渡焊接、异种金属点焊,分析了连续变截面板成形与内高压成形,为相关行业和技术人员提供参考。
【Abstract】 Based on the Technology Roadmap for Energy Saving and New Energy Vehicles, the key processes of lightweight construction of the new energy vehicle were studied from the aspects of welding process and forming process. The introduction on laser tailor welded blanks, aluminum alloy tailor welded blanks, cold metal transition welding and the dissimilar metal spot welding and the analyses of continuous variable section plate forming and internal high pressure forming may provide a reference for relevant industries and technicians.
