快速搜索随机树算法在航空电缆布线中的应用
Application of RRT Algorithm in Air Cabling
【摘要】 针对航空电缆布线中面临的电缆线路分支多、路径复杂等问题,提出一种改进的快速搜索随机树算法。应用这一算法对各电缆线路分支进行计算,进而得出最优路径轨迹,以及各电缆线路分支轨迹的长度。对所提出的算法进行样机试验,确认电缆布线包装机能够达到包装技术标准中无褶皱冗余、路径最短、表面绝缘层无磨损等要求。应用所提出的改进快速搜索随机树算法,可以有效提高航空电缆布线效率,降低劳动量和报废率。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the many branches and complicated paths in the air cabling, an improved RRT algorithm was proposed. This algorithm was applied to calculate the branch of each cable circuit, and then the optimal path trajectory and the length of the branch trajectory of each cable circuit were obtained. The prototype test of the proposed algorithm confirms that the cable routing packaging machine can meet the requirements specified by the packaging technology standards i.e. no wrinkle redundancy, shortest path, and no wear on the surface insulation layer. The improved RRT algorithm proposed by the application can effectively improve the efficiency of air cabling while reducing the labor intensity and rejection rate.
