面向新能源汽车电子水泵的柔性制造系统

【摘要】 为解决新能源汽车不同型号电子水泵之间参数差异导致生产周期长、成本高的问题,基于快速进行多品种大批量产品制造的需求,建立了一套面向新能源汽车电子水泵的柔性制造系统。分析了电子水泵的结构与模块,介绍了柔性制造系统的组成,并搭建了配套的柔性装配检测生产线。这一柔性制造系统可以基于大数据分析市场需求,配置生产线,并柔性化加工、装配、转移、测试电子水泵产品。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of long production cycle and high cost caused by the difference of parameters between different types of electronic pumps in new energy vehicles, based on the demand for rapid manufacturing of multi-variety and large-volume products, an FMS for electronic water pumps in new energy vehicles was established. The structure and module of the electronic water pump were analyzed, the composition of the FMS was introduced, and a flexible assembly/inspection/production line for supporting was built. This FMS can configure production lines based on market needs analyzed by big data to realize flexible processing, assembling, transferring, and testing of electronic water pump products.
