【摘要】 目的探究薄型子宫内膜不孕症雌激素药物治疗的疗效。方法选择我院门诊部2018年1月-2018年12月收治的160例薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者,根据密封信封法随机分为4组,每组40例,A组患者予补佳乐口服治疗,B组患者予小剂量补佳乐+雌二醇贴片治疗,C组患者予小剂量补佳乐+芬吗通治疗,D组患者予结合雌激素片口服治疗,分析4组患者治疗前后子宫内膜厚度变化、治疗费用、不良反应、妊娠率及流产率情况差异。结果治疗后,4组子宫内膜厚度均增加,C组子宫内膜厚度大于其余3组,B组子宫内膜厚度大于A组、D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、D两组治疗10d后子宫内膜厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B、C两组内膜厚度达8mm时间均短于A、D两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组间、A组与D组间内膜厚度达8mm时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);药物治疗费用由高至低依次为D组、B组、C组、A组;4组不良反应发生率及妊娠率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论薄型子宫内膜不孕症雌激素药物治疗中,联合用药效果更好,达到8mm的用药天数更短,用药10d的内膜更厚。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the treatment of thin endometrial infertility. Methods 160 patients with thin endometrial infertility were randomly divided into four groups according to the sealed envelope method.
