氧化锌的挥发行为及有效回收利用技术

【摘要】 鉴于目前国内外市场对氧化锌的需求量日益增长,同时由于矿产资源的匮乏,对于以氧化锌烟尘为主的二次锌资源的综合回收利用问题得到了广泛关注.文中在对氧化锌挥发进行热力学分析的基础上,归纳几种传统的氧化锌的处理回收工艺,及湿法、火法、物理法和联合法,并分析各自的优缺点.以克服传统方法的缺点为前提,提出采用高温烟化技术回收氧化锌烟尘的一种全新处理工艺.

【Abstract】 In view of the increasing demand for ZnO in domestic and foreign markets, and the scarcity of mineral resources, the comprehensive recovery and utilization of secondary Zn resources, which was leaded by ZnO dust, has received extensive attention. Based on the thermodynamic analysis of ZnO volatilization, several traditional techniques of recycling treatment for ZnO are introduced, such as wet method, fire method, physical method and joint method, and their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out. In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods, a new treatment process, which is designed to recover ZnO dust by high temperature fuming technology, is proposed in this paper.
