某大型相控阵雷达测试系统结构设计
Structural Design of a Large Phased Array Radar Test System
【摘要】 针对某大型相控阵雷达测试系统设备量多、体积大、精度要求高等特点,基于大型设备在空间有限的暗室完成高精度安装的设计需求,采用阵面水平方向分块、垂直方向安装的设计方案,从基本构件加工、现场拼装流程、精度检测及调整措施、暗室架设设备布局、仿真校核等全流程进行了详细论述。通过吊装单元端部加装万向轮、顶部采用手动叉车的组合方式,使吊装单元顺利进入架设区域。采用吊车车尾布置于暗室内、车头布置于暗室外的布局方案,实现了暗室有限空间内设备的安全吊装。在保证架设安全性与便利性同时,成功实现了测试系统精度指标要求。
【Abstract】 For a large-scale phased-array radar test system with large amounts of equipment,large volume,and high intensive reading requirements,the design requirements for high-precision installation of large-scale equipment in a space-constrained darkroom were adopted,and the horizontal and vertical direction-based installation design was adopted.The program discusses in detail including the basic flow of construction and processing,on-site assembling process,accuracy testing and adjustment measures,dark room erection equipment layout,and simulation verification.The assembly method was based on the installation of a universal wheel at the lifting unit end and a manual forklift at the top.The hoisting unit can smoothly enter the erection area,adopting the layout scheme where the tailgate of the crane was arranged in the dark room and the front of the crane was arranged in the dark outside,and the safe hoisting of the equipment in the limited space of the darkroom was realized.
