【摘要】 目的探讨应用课达型品管圈构建超声科"双链互动.双效互评"教学新模式,提高超声教学质量,促进师生共同进步。方法选定构建教学新模式为主题,遵循PDCA循环,按照课达型品管圈的十大步骤开展活动,评价活动前后的有形成果和无形成果。结果新教学模式构建后,教师教学能力明显提升,学生教学参与率大幅上升,学生理论成绩、操作成绩、案例分析成绩提升,教学模式及考核模式满意度上升;与旧的教学模式相比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001),圈员对品管圈手法的运用等无形成果也明显提升。结论新教学模式较传统模式有明显的优势,构建过程中,课达型品管圈起到极其重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of the task achieving quality control circle to construct a new teaching model of "doublechain interaction and double-effect mutual evaluation" in the Department of Ultrasound, to improve the quality of ultrasound teaching and promote the common progress of teachers and students. Methods The new model of teaching construction was selected as the theme. Following the PDCA cycle, the activities were carried out according to the ten steps of the quality control circle. The evaluation activities had fruit formation and no fruit formation. Results After the construction of the new teaching mode, the teaching ability of teachers was significantly improved, the participation rate of students increased significantly, the students’ theoretical achievement, operational results, case analysis scores improved, and the satisfaction of teaching mode and assessment mode increased. Compared with the old teaching mode, the difference Statistically significant(P<0.001), and the use of the quality control circle by the circlers also improved. Conclusion The new teaching mode had obvious advantages over the traditional model. During the construction process, the task achieving quality control circle played an extremely important role.更多还原
