【摘要】 目的探讨食管癌患者护理中临床路径的应用效果。方法选择2018年3月—2018年11月在本院住院治疗且病历资料完整的100例食管癌患者,根据护理方式不同分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例);对照组采用常规护理模式、观察组采用临床路径护理模式,对比两种护理方法的效果。结果观察组的并发症发生率为2.0%,对照组的并发症发生率为20.0%,观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的护理满意度为92.0%,对照组的护理满意度为76.0%,观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论临床路径护理模式在食管癌患者护理中的应用,显著降低了并发症的发生率,提高了患者对护理服务的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of clinical pathway in nursing applied on patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 100 patients with esophageal cancer hospitalized in our hospital from March to November 2018 with complete medical records were divided into control group(50 cases) and observation group(50 cases) according to different nursing methods. The control group adopted routine nursing mode and observation group adopted clinical pathway nursing mode, and the effect of the two nursing methods was compared. Results The rate of complication in observation group was 2.0%, the control group’s was 20.0%, The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The satisfaction of nursing in observation group was 92.0%, the control group’s was 76.0%, The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical pathway nursing model in the nursing of patients with esophageal cancer can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services.更多还原
