【摘要】 目的分析优质护理在白内障患者中的应用效果,从而为后期护理工作的开展提供依据。方法本文研究对象为2016年11月—2018年11月本院收治的98例老年白内障患者,采用抛硬币的方式随机分为每组各49例的对照组与研究组。对照组患者给予常规护理模式,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予优质护理模式。对两组患者的护理满意度及护理前后的SAS、SDS评分进行对比。结果护理满意度对比,研究组患者明显高于对照组(95.9%vs. 79.5%)(P <0.05);护理前,两组患者SAS,SDS评分对比无差异,护理后,均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论采取优质护理措施能够提高护理满意度,缓解患者抑郁焦虑情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing in senile cataract patients, so as to provide basis for the development of later nursing work. Methods The subjects of this study were 98 senile cataract patients admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018. They were randomly divided into control group and research group with 49 cases in each group by coin tossing. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode, while the patients in the study group were given high quality nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The nursing satisfaction and SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.9% vs. 79.5%)(P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was no difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups. After nursing, all decreased, and the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Taking high-quality nursing measures can improve nursing satisfaction and alleviate patients’ depression and anxiety.更多还原
