【摘要】 目的探讨以PICO为原则的临床循证医学思维培养体系在妇产科实习医师临床实践培养教学中的应用效果。方法选择西安交通大学2013级五年制临床医学专业共120名实习医师作为研究对象。其中实验组60名学生采用以循证医学/PICO为原则的临床案例教学方法进行教学;对照组60名学生采用传统以病案为基础的PBL教学方法进行教学。结果实验组学生理论考试中病例分析主观题的平均总分为(34.737±1.939)分,对照组为(33.105±2.558)分,两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。通过问卷调查发现实验组学生在临床文献查找、阅读与归纳总结、知识延展能力、自主学习、临床思维与解决问题、以及医患沟通能力的提高优于对照组学生,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论以PICO为原则的临床循证医学思维培养体系在妇产科临床实习医师教学培养中可行性强,能够显著提高学生专业理论水平及临床实践能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of Evidence-Based Medicine(EBM) thinking training system based on PICO principle in clinical practice teaching in interns of gynecologic and obstetric major. Methods In this study, totally 120 undergraduate students of five-year program of clinical medicine in Grade 2013 of Xi’an Jiaotong University were selected as the subjects. Among them, 60 students in the experimental group were taught by the clinical case using evidence-based medicine/PICO method in practice, while 60 students in the control group were taught by the traditional PBL method based on classical medical records. Results In the experimental group, the average score of subjective case analysis parts in the theoretical examination was(34.737 ± 1.939), while it was(33.105 ± 2.558) in the control group, which shown a significant difference(P < 0.05). Questionnaire survey demonstrated that compared with control group, students in the experimental group explored significantly higher capability of searching, reading and summarizing literature, self-learning, knowledge extension, clinical thinking, problem solving and doctor-patient communication(P < 0.05). Conclusion The training system of evidence-based medicine combining with PICO principle has strong feasibility in clinical teaching and training of interns in gynecologic and obstetric, and significantly improves the professional theoretical level and clinical practice ability of students.更多还原
