【摘要】 目的探讨脑卒中偏瘫痉挛患者早期康复治疗中手指点穴的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的脑卒中偏瘫痉挛患者190例进行研究,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组95例,采用规范康复训练;观察组95例,在对照组康复训练的基础上配合使用手指点穴疗法治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果治疗前,两组患者前Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分比较,差异没有统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前,两组患者肩内旋肌、屈肘肌、腕屈肌部位的痉挛量表(MAS)评分,差异没有统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在给予脑卒中偏瘫痉挛患者早期康复治疗的同时配合手指点穴治疗效果更为理想,有利于促使患者肢体运动功能及痉挛症状改善,可推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of finger acupoints in early rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 190 patients with hemiplegia due to stroke in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the random number table method. 95 patients in the control group were trained in standardized rehabilitation. 95 patients in the observation group were used on the basis of rehabilitation training in the control group. Finger acupuncture therapy was used to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale(FMA) between the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment, the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Before treatment, the spasticity scale(MAS) of shoulder medial rotator, elbow flexor and wrist flexor was used in the two groups. There was no significant difference in scores(P > 0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group after treatment, with significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion It is more ideal for the early rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia and the treatment with finger acupuncture points, which is beneficial to promote the improvement of limb motor function and paralysis symptoms.更多还原
