【摘要】 目的研究改良早期预警评分在结核病专科医院急诊预检分诊中的运用。方法择取本院急诊收治的结核病患者640例作为研究对象,随机分研究组(改良早期预警评分分诊)与对照组(常规分诊流程)各320例,评估两组预检分诊准确率、分诊质量与患者满意度。结果研究组服务态度、实践操作、评估病情与基础护理的分值较对照组均高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组轻微与较重的分诊准确率是100%与91.08%,均高于对照组97.78%与78.88%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者满意度(99.37%)高于对照组(96.87%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对结核病专业医院急诊患者采用改良早期预警评分能提高分诊准确率与分诊质量,改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of improved early warning score in emergency pre-examination and triage of tuberculosis specialist hospitals. Methods A total of 640 patients with tuberculosis admitted to the hospital were selected as the study subjects. The randomized study group(modified early warning score triage) and the control group(conventional triage procedure) each had 320 cases. The accuracy, quality and patient satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated. Results The scores of service attitude, practical operation, assessment of illness and basic nursing in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05), The accuracy of slight and severe diagnosis in the study group was 100% and 91.08%, higher than that in the control group(97.78% and 78.88%), was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The degree(99.37%) was higher than that of the control group(96.87%), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of improved early warning scores for emergency patients in tuberculosis hospitals can improve the accuracy and quality of triage and improve the prognosis.更多还原
