【摘要】 毕业生就业工作是教育领域重要的民生工程。目前,由于研究生招生和毕业人数逐年增多,医学研究生就业存在着竞争激烈、自我定位不明、就业缺乏系统指导、就业信心不足等问题,且因医学研究生专业性较强,就业范围窄,大多数毕业生仍把医疗卫生机构作为就业的首选,作为研究生管理部门,如何做好医学研究生就业指导工作,更好地为每位研究生提供个性化服务,值得探讨。本文基于北京佑安医院2005—2018年的就业数据,从学院层面、导师层面、学生层面进行分析,认为医学研究生的就业,需学院、导师和学生的共同努力,只有这样,才能实现医学毕业生的更高质量就业。更多还原

【Abstract】 The work of graduate employment is one of important people’s livelihood projects in the education field. At present, due to the quantity of graduate admissions and graduation increased year by year, there is lots of issues includes a fierce competition, personal position itself unclear, lack of employment guidance, employment system problems such as lack of confidence, and because of the major of medical postgraduate is special, narrow scope of employment, most of the graduates still take medical institutions as first choice of employment. As a graduate student management staff, it’s worth studying how to improve the medical graduate student employment guidance, provide better and personalized service for everyone,. This article is based on employment data of a hospital of Beijing from 2005 to 2018, analysis in the perspective of school, teacher and student. We think the medical graduate student employment need all of college, teacher and students’ joint efforts, in this approach of achieving the higher quality of medical graduates employment only.更多还原
