【摘要】 目的探讨综合皮肤护理在系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年12月我院收治的SLE患者82例作为研究对象。根据入院顺序,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各41例。其中,对照组予以常规治疗及护理;观察组在对照组基础上,实施综合皮肤护理,包括健康教育、心理护理、用药指导、皮肤护理、饮食指导、合理运动。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组红斑消退时间、溃疡愈合时间、住院天数及并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗依从性及WHOQOL-100量表各项得分均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论综合皮肤护理可加速SLE患者的红斑消退及溃疡愈合,减少并发症的发生,改善遵医行为及生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive skin care in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods 82 SLE patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects. According to the order of admission, they were divided into control group and observation group, 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing. On the basis of the control group, the observation group carried out comprehensive skin care, including health education, psychological care, medication guidance, skin care, diet guidance and reasonable exercise. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The erythema subsidence time, ulcer healing time, hospitalization days and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The scores of treatment compliance and WHOQOL-100 scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P< 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive skin care can accelerate the erythema recession and ulcer healing in SLE patients, it can reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the compliance behavior and quality of life.更多还原
