【摘要】 目的总结对行经皮侧路椎间孔镜治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床护理经验,观察相应的护理效果。方法选取本院2016年6月—2017年12月收治的腰椎间盘突出症住院患者156例作为研究对象,所有患者均接受经皮侧路椎间孔镜治疗。将所有患者分为两组,每组各78例,设为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理方法进行护理,观察组采用优质护理。护理后,对两组患者的平均住院天数与临床满意度进行统计、比较。结果观察组患者的平均住院天数短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对行经皮侧路椎间孔镜治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者实施优质护理效果确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical nursing experience of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with percutaneous lateral intervertebral foramen endoscopy and observe the corresponding nursing effects. Methods 156 cases of lumbar disc herniation hospitalized in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects. All patients received percutaneous lateral foraminoscopy. All the patients were divided into two groups, 78 cases in each group, as control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group was given high quality nursing. After nursing,the average hospitalization days and clinical satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The average hospitalization days of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive and meticulous nursing intervention on patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by percutaneous lateral foramen endoscopy is exact.更多还原
