【摘要】 目的分析纤维支气管镜联合超声定位喉罩在老年全身麻醉患者气道管理中的应用效果。方法研究时段2016年11月—2018年11月,选定本院收治的老年全身麻醉患者70例,以随机化原则分组,分为对照组（35例,采纳气管插管）、研究组（35例,采纳纤维支气管镜联合超声定位喉罩）,比较心率、血压变化情况、并发症发生率。结果T₀、T₁时研究组、对照组血压、心率对比差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。研究组T₂、T₃、T₄、T₅、T₆时血压、心率均显著较对照组低,差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。研究组并发症发生率显著较对照组低,差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论纤维支气管镜与超声定位喉罩联合,可有效提高老年麻醉患者血流动力学稳定性,且并发症发生率较低,安全性较高,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with ultrasonic positioning laryngeal mask in airway management of elderly patients with general anesthesia. Methods From November 2016 to November 2018, 70 patients with general anesthesia in the hospital were enrolled in the hospital. The patients were divided into the control group（35 patients, adopting tracheal intubation） and the study group（35 patients, fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with ultrasound positioning of the laryngeal mask）. The heart rate, blood pressure changes, and complication rate were compared. Results At T₀ and T₁, There was no significant difference in the blood pressure and heart rate of the study group and the control group（P > 0.05）. The blood pressure and heart rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at T₂, T₃, T₄, T₅ and T₆, the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with ultrasound positioning laryngeal mask can effectively improve the hemodynamic stability of elderly anesthesia patients, and the incidence of complications is low, and the safety is high.
