【摘要】 目的通过观察与比较翻转课堂模式、多媒体课件辅助模式在临床麻醉教学中的实践效果,探索最佳教学模式。方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院临床医学2014级和2015级见习学生编为实验组和对照组。实验组为2015级学生(89名),课程采用翻转课堂教学模式进行设计和执行;对照组为2014级学生(92名)采用多媒体课件辅助课堂讲授模式进行教学。采用自制简易实践教学效果量表、"理论及实践考核"对学生进行考核。结果观察组的教学满意度、对自身帮助的满意度均为98.88%,理论考核(44.5±7.1)分,实践能力考核(43.2±5.0)分,均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在临床麻醉教学中应用翻转课堂模式,可较好的提高实践教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and compare the practical teaching effect on clinical anesthesia course of flipped classroom model, multimedia courseware assistant model, in further to explore the better teaching model.Methods The probationary students of the clinical medicine grades 2014 and 2015 of Qiqihar Medical College were selected as experimental group and control group. The experimental group consisted of grade 2015 students(89 students) and the curriculum was designed and implemented by using the reversed classroom teaching model. The control group consisted of grade 2014 students(92 students) who were taught by multimedia courseware. The students were assessed by self-made simple practical teaching effect scale and "theory and practice assessment". Results The teaching satisfaction and self-help satisfaction of the observation group were 98.88%, the theoretical assessment(44.5±7.1) points and the practical ability assessment(43.2±5.0) points were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of flipped classroom model in clinical anesthesia teaching can improve the effect of practical teaching.更多还原
