【摘要】 内镜模拟器教学是内镜教学的一个重要组成部分。ERCP相比其他内镜技术更需要专业技能和专业知识,要求内镜医师必须接受充分的培训,以确保手术成功及安全。传统的培训方式因为患者数量的缺乏以及初学ERCP的医师可能导致并发症的增加,要求增加辅助的教学方式来确保教学质量,通过模拟器介绍ERCP的基本结构及操作理念,让进修生主动参与并充分了解操作过程,节省了ERCP培训的时间,弥补了传统教学一些不足,特别是对ERCP初学者而言,早期运用模拟器培训可加快ERCP技术的掌握,明显提高受训者操作技能,调动了进修学员的积极性,并对于评价受训者的能力有重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Endoscopic simulator teaching is an important component of endoscopic teaching. ERCP needs more specialized skills and knowledge than another endoscopic techniques, requiring endoscopists to receive adequate training to ensure successful and safe of this procedure. The traditional training method may increase complications of ERCP, requiring an auxiliary teaching method to ensure the quality of teaching. Introduced the basic structure and operation concept of ERCP through the simulator, the advanced students can participate in activityly and fully understand the operation process. It saves the ERCP training time, make up some shortcomings of traditional teaching. Especially for ERCP beginners, the early use of simulator training can speed up the mastery of ERCP technology, significantly improve the trainee’s operational skills, and it is also of great value in evaluating the trainees’ abilities.更多还原
