盆底功能障碍电刺激加生物反馈疗法效果

【摘要】 目的研究电刺激加生物反馈疗法在盆底功能障碍治疗中的效果。方法选取我院2016年10月—2017年10月就诊的90例盆底功能障碍患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法的形式,将90例患者平均分为实验组与对照组,每组均为45例。其中,对照组采用常规性盆底肌肉训练,实验组以此为基础上,采用电刺激加生物反馈疗法,对比分析两组患者各项指标与抑郁、焦虑评分。结果实验组患者的性功能障碍积分优于对照组,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预前,两组患者的抑郁评分、焦虑评分对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。干预后,实验组患者的抑郁、焦虑评分均优于对照组,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将电刺激加生物反馈疗法应用于盆底功能障碍治疗过程中,能够使患者产后性功能与心理状况得到改善,优化患者生活质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of electrical stimulation plus biofeedback therapy in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods90 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction in our hospital from October2016 to October 2017 were selected as the study subjects. 90 patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine pelvic floor muscle training. On this basis, the experimental group received electrical stimulation plus biofeedback therapy. The indexes, depression and anxiety scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The score of sexual dysfunction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in depression score and anxiety score between the two groups(P > 0.05). After intervention, the depression and anxiety scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of electrical stimulation plus biofeedback therapy in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction can improve the postpartum sexual function and psychological status of patients, optimize the quality of life of patients.
