【摘要】 目的探讨功能性湿房镜对暴露性角膜炎患者角膜情况及泪膜稳定性的影响。方法对我院2016年1月—2017年12月60例眼科确诊为暴露性角膜炎患者的临床资料进行前瞻性研究,根据随机数字表法将入选者分为对照组和研究组,每组30例,对照组患者采用药物或联合手术治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合功能性湿房镜治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、角膜情况及泪膜稳定情况。结果研究组患者治愈率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P <0.05),治疗后研究组患者BUT、TMH、LLT、角膜曲率及厚度差值等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论功能性湿房镜在暴露性角膜炎中可促进角膜上皮愈合,提高治愈率及泪膜稳定性,减少暂时性睑裂缝合手术带来的痛苦及创伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of functional wet endoscopy on the cornea condition and the tear film stability in patients with exposed keratitis. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with exposed keratitis in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were prospectively studied. According to the random number table, they were divided into control group and study group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with drug or combined operation, and the study group was treated functional wet endoscopy on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect, the cornea condition and the tear film stability of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the study group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P < 0.05). After treatment, the indexes of BUT, TMH,LLT, corneal curvature and thickness difference were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Functional wet endoscopy can promote corneal epithelial healing, improve cure rate and tear film stability, reduce pain and trauma caused by temporary palpebral suture operation.更多还原
