【摘要】 目的对中医辨证联合激素常规治疗难治性肾病综合征临床疗效进行观察。方法选取我院收治的124例难治性肾病综合征患者作为本次研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各62例。对照组患者采用激素进行常规治疗,实验组患者给予中医辩证联合激素治疗,观察和对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率为90.32%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为79.03%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对难治性肾病综合征患者采用中医辨证联合激素常规治疗的方式进行治疗,能够提高患者的治疗效果,促使患者的身心健康水平得到提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with routine hormone therapy in refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods 124 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome in our hospital were selected as the research objects. Random number table method was used to divide them into experimental group and control group, 62 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with hormones. The experimental group was treated with TCM dialectics combined with hormone therapy, to observe and compare the clinical effects of the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 90.32% in the experimental group and 79.03% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with hormone routine treatment can improve the therapeutic effect of patients, and promote the physical and mental health of patients.更多还原
