形成性评价在儿科住院医师规范化培训中的实践
Practice of Formative Evaluation in Standardized Training of Pediatric Resident
【摘要】 目的探讨形成性评价在儿科住院医师规范化培训中的实践应用。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2018年1月我院儿科50名住院医师的一般资料,按评价方法不同分为两组,观察组25例采用形成性评价体系自制调查问卷,对照组25例采用常规终结性评价,比较两组个人素质、临床知识获取、临床能力,分析形成性评价在儿科住院医师规范化培训中的效果。结果观察组在工作态度、心理素质、职业道德、诚信及信誉度、人文素养方面均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组在专业知识、专业基础知识、心理学知识等获取知识方面明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在团结协作能力、自学能力、临床操作能力明显优于对照组(P <0.05),两组在临床思维能力、沟通能力、科研能力上差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论形成性评价在儿科住院医师规范化培训中的作用显著,在儿科住院医师规范化培训中具有针对性,规范和促进住院医师能力的提高。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the practice of formative evaluation in standardized training of pediatric resident. Methods A retrospective analysis of the general data of 50 pediatric residents in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 was made, they were divided into two groups according to the evaluation methods, 25 cases in the observation group were investigated by self-made questionnaire with formative evaluation system,25 cases in the control group were evaluated by routine summative evaluation. The personal qualities, clinical knowledge acquisition and clinical competence of the two groups were compared, and the effect of formative assessment in standardized training of pediatric residents was analyzed. Results The observation group was higher than the control group in work attitude, psychological quality, professional ethics, honesty, credibility and humanistic accomplishment(P < 0.05);The study group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of professional knowledge, professional basic knowledge, psychological knowledge and so on(P < 0.05);The observation group was superior to the control group in the ability of unity and cooperation, self-study and clinical operation(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups in the ability of clinical thinking, communication and scientific research(P >0.05). Conclusion Formative evaluation plays an important role in the standardized training of pediatric resident, which has the pertinence of the standardized training of pediatric resident, standardize and promote the improvement of resident’s ability.
