多级孔ZSM-5分子筛形貌及结构调控
EFFECT OF SYNTHESIS CONDITIONS ON MORPHOLOGY OF HIERARCHICAL ZSM-5
【摘要】 以甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为混合硅源,在不同的合成条件下,合成得到不同形貌和尺寸的ZSM-5分子筛。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、N2吸附-脱附等手段对分子筛进行表征,探究了水热条件对分子筛形貌、尺寸、孔结构以及晶体结构等物化性质的影响。结果表明,在甲基三乙氧基硅烷添加量为1 mL、乙醇添加量为9.9 mL、180℃晶化时间4 d的水热条件下,合成的分子筛尺寸均一、结晶度较好,具有丰富的介孔结构,介孔尺寸在2~5 nm。
【Abstract】 Hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolites with different morphology and size were synthesized under different hydrothermal crystallization conditions with methyltriethoxysilane(MTES) and ethylsilicate(TEOS) as mixed silicon sources. The zeolites were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, N2 adsorption-desorption, etc. The effects of hydrothermal conditions on the physical and chemical properties of zeolites such as morphology, size, pore structure and crystal structure were investigated. The results showed that the zeolites had uniform size, good morphology and crystallinity under the hydrothermal conditions of 1 mL of methyltriethoxysilane, 9.9 mL of ethanol and 180 ℃ for 4 d.
