小型探空火箭防烧蚀开伞系统的设计与试验
Design and Test of Anti-ablative Parachute Deployment System for Small Sounding Rocket
【摘要】 针对小型探空火箭的开伞系统中伞绳的防烧蚀问题,提出了一种防烧蚀开伞系统机械结构方案,并对该方案进行了ANSYS有限元分析,以从理论上验证其可行性,并制作出了实物原型。经测试,新型防烧蚀开伞系统运行可靠,达到设计需求。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of anti-ablative performance of suspension line in the parachute deployment system of small sounding rockets, a mechanical structure scheme of anti-ablative parachute deployment system is proposed. ANSYS finite element analysis was carried out on the scheme to theoretically verify its feasibility. The physical prototype is made.Tests prove that the new anti-ablative parachute deployment system operates reliably and meets design requirements.
