岸电同步逆变器电压控制

【摘要】 为满足国际航行船舶在停泊期间对60 Hz岸电电源的需求,运用静止电力电子变频技术从陆地电网获取60 Hz交流电。在岸电系统并车完成、船舶负荷安全转移到岸电电源上之后,切换控制策略,采用电压控制策略控制整个电源系统的稳定性。对60 Hz/440 V/800 kV·A变频电源的逆变器进行设计和电压变换,对所得电压进行PLL锁相处理,并设计LC滤波器和隔离变压器,得到可行的电压内环控制过程。对设计的系统进行仿真,并对所需的负载进行试验验证。结果表明,该设计满足对岸电电源稳定、准确和快速响应的要求。

【Abstract】 Static electronic power inverters are normally used to produce 60 Hz alternating current as the shore power supply to docked international ships. After the shore power supply is connected with the ship grid and the ship load is totally transferred to it, the system control strategy should be changed into the voltage PI strategy. This paper designs a PLL type inverter of 60 Hz/440 V/800 kV·A shore power supply as well as the LC filter and the isolation transformer. The whole system designed is simulated under the conditions of the different loads required, which shows that the system is stable, accurate and quick in response and meets the requirements for shore power supply.
