【摘要】 [目的]探讨教师标准化病人(TSP)教学法在临床本科护理教学中的效果研究。[方法]整群抽取2017年6月—2018年4月在某三级甲等医院实习的护理专业本科生共130人,随机分为对照组65人(接受传统带教模式)和试验组65人(接受传统带教模式加TSP教学法),实习结束后对比两组护生成绩、临床教师教学能力及满意度。[结果]试验组护生内科、外科、妇产科理论成绩得分分别为(80.39±6.39)分、(79.34±8.33)分、(84.69±6.15)分,均高于对照组护生理论成绩(t值分别为1.390、0.651、4.742,P值分别为0.043、0.014、0.028);试验组护生对临床带教的满意度为(13.30±2.99)分,高于对照组的(12.91±2.03)分(t=0.886,P=0.000);试验组护生对临床护理老师的教学能力评分为(103.20±17.21)分,高于对照组的(97.61±12.55)分(t=2.151,P=0.000)。[结论]TSP教学法可有效提高护理本科学生临床教学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Teachers Standardized Patient(TSP) teaching method in clinical undergraduate nursing teaching.Methods:A total of 130 intern undergraduate nursing students in a Tertiary Grade A hospital from June 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled by the cluster sampling method.They were randomly divided into the control group who received the traditional teaching mode and the experimental group who received the traditional teaching mode and TSP teaching method,65 cased in each group.After the internship,compare the performance of the two groups of nursing students,the teaching ability of clinical teachers and satisfaction.Results:The theoretical scores of internal medicine,surgery,and obstetrics in the experimental group were(80.39±6.39) points,(79.34±8.33) points,and(84.69±6.15) points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(t=1.390,0.651,4.742,P= 0.043,0.014,0.028).The satisfaction of the nursing students in the experimental group was(13.30±2.99) points,which was higher than that of the control group(12.91±2.03) points(t=0.886,P=0.000).The teaching ability scores of the nursing students in the experimental group were(103.20±17.21) points,which was higher than that of the control group(97.61±12.55) points(t=2.151,P=0.000).Conclusions:The TSP teaching method could effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching for undergraduate nursing students.更多还原
