【摘要】 [目的]初步构建一套较科学、客观、全面的社区护理评价指标体系,以便对社区护理质量进行客观评价,更好地促进社区护理的发展。[方法]系统回顾国内外社区护理质量评价相关文献和资料,根据本地区社区护理开展情况,结合政府对社区护理要求初步建立指标体系条目池,运用德尔菲法通过2轮对15名专家进行函询,形成社区门诊和病房不同的指标体系。[结果]2轮专家问卷有效回收率为100%,专家的平均权威系数为0.873,第2轮门诊一级指标、二级指标、三级指标协调系数分别为0.563,0.421, 0.452;病房一级指标、二级指标、三级指标协调系数为0.565,0.456、0.461,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各指标变异系数<0.3,重要性赋值均数>3.5,构建了门诊包含4个一级指标、18个二级指标、23个三级指标;病房包含4个一级指标、24个二级指标、29个三级指标的社区护理质量控制标准体系。[结论]应用德尔菲法构建的社区基层医疗机构护理质量控制体系具有科学性和较高的可靠性,能有效评价社区护理质量,从而促进社区护理的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a scientific,objective and comprehensive evaluation index system for community nursing,so as to objectively evaluate the quality of community nursing and promote the development of community nursing.Methods:Literature and materials related to the quality evaluation of community nursing at home and abroad were reviewed systematically.According to the development of community nursing in this region,a preliminary index system entry pool was established in combination with the government′s requirements for community nursing.By applying Delphi method,a total of 15 experts were consulted through two rounds of correspondence to form different index systems of community outpatient and ward.Results:The effective recovery rate of the 2 rounds of expert questionnaires was 100%.The average authority coefficient of the experts was 0.873.The coordination coefficients of the first-level,second-level and third-level indexes of the second round in the outpatient clinic were respectively 0.563,0.421 and 0.452,the coordination coefficients of the first-level,second-level and third-level indexes of the ward were respectively 0.565,0.456 and 0.461,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Variation coefficients of all index were <0.3,importance assignment mean >3.5.Community quality care system for primary care institutions were constructed with outpatient department including 4 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators,and 23 third-level indicators,and ward including 4 first-level indicators,24 second-level indicators and 29 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The nursing quality control system of community primary medical institutions constructed by Delphi method was scientific and reliable,which could effectively evaluate the quality of community nursing and promote the development of community nursing.更多还原
