【摘要】 [目的]探讨体重控制及运动干预在宫颈癌病人放射治疗期间的应用效果。[方法]选取2018年1月—2018年12月在本院进行放射治疗的400例宫颈癌病人为观察对象,根据随机数字表法将病人分为观察组与对照组,各200例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上采用体重控制及运动干预,对比两组病人焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及不良反应情况。[结果]观察组病人干预后SAS、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预期间观察组放射性膀胱炎、皮肤病变、阴道并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在改善宫颈癌病人放射治疗期间不良反应方面体重控制及运动干预具有明显的效果,可降低疼痛程度及不良反应发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the application effect of weight control and exercise intervention during radiation therapy in patients with cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 400 patients with cervical cancer who underwent radiation therapy in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,200 cases in each group.The patients in control group received routine health education.The patients in observation group were treated with weight control and exercise intervention on the basis of that in control group.The anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of SAS and VAS in observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the intervention period,the incidence of radiation cystitis,skin lesions and vaginal complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weight control and exercise intervention have significant effects in improving adverse reactions during radiation therapy in patients with cervical cancer,which can reduce the degree of pain and the incidence of adverse reactions.更多还原
