【Abstract】 The establishing and applying methods of ADAES(achievement degree analysis & evaluation system)on construction training of civil engineering majors are introduced in this paper.The research can present references to the establishment of teaching effect evaluation system of similar courses.In this paper,the necessity and the general ideas of the ADAES are briefly described.Then,the procedures and ways of the ADAES are introduced in detail.The research result covers the determination of the way to achieve teaching objectives,the selection of assessment methods,the formulation of scoring standards,the division of weight proportion and the formation of the calculation method of the degree of achievement,among which the key point is the weight division.Finally,with a concrete example,the actual use of the ADAES is presented in the paper.更多还原
