硅烷涂层提高寒区桥梁混凝土抗冻耐久性应用研究
Application of silane coating to improving frost resistance durability of bridge concrete in cold region
【摘要】 通过冻融循环试验,分析不同硅烷涂层厚度对寒区桥梁混凝土抗冻性能的影响,并通过实桥验证其提高混凝土抗冻性能的效果。试验结果表明,硅烷浸渍涂层的厚度不宜过大或过小,建议合理厚度宜采用2mm。
【Abstract】 Through freeze-thaw cycle test,the effects of different silane coating thickness on the frost resistance of bridge concrete in cold region were analyzed,and the effect of improving the frost resistance of concrete was verified by the real bridge.The experimental result showed that the thickness of silane impregnated coating should not be too large or too small.It is suggested that the reasonable thickness should be 2 mm.
