【Abstract】 The training of talents in higher vocational education should be the process of the combination of technology training and morality development and work-integrated learning. The construction of its educational operating mechanism includes: institutional construction of laws and regulations and teaching standards system, body construction of school-enterprise collaborative education, hand construction of professional training scheme, path construction of modern apprenticeship, system construction of"three full education".
