主轴箱轻量化和热态特性的综合优化设计
Comprehensive Optimization Design of Light Weight and Thermal Characteristics of Spindle Box
【摘要】 为实现机床主轴箱系统轻量化和热态特性的综合优化设计,提出一种正交试验设计和灰色关联分析相结合的方法。选取主轴箱的肋板厚度、筋板厚度、前壁厚度等7个因素作为研究对象,在不等水平下进行了正交组合方案的设计,采用Ansys软件进行了三维结构设计和有限元仿真;以主轴箱质量、X、Y、Z向热位移为目标函数,利用灰色关联分析法,优选出结构设计方案,结果表明主轴箱质量减少2.38%,主轴X向、Y向和Z向热变形分别减小了3.16%、3.29%、2.66%。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the comprehensive optimization of the lightweight and thermal characteristics of the machine tool spindle system,this paper presents a new method based on orthogonal design and gray relational analysis. Seven factors such as the thickness of the core box,the thickness of the ribs,the thickness of the front wall and so on were selected. The orthogonal design was carried out under different levels. The three-dimensional structure design and finite element simulation were carried out by Ansys software.The quality of the spindle box and the displacement of the thermal in the X,Y,Z direction were selected as the objective function,by using gray correlation analysis method,the optimized structure were designed.Results showed that the quality of the spindle box was reduced by 2.38%,the deformation of the thermal in X,Y,Z direction were reduced by 3.16%,3.29%,2.66%.
