混合动力变速箱齿轮啸叫分析与优化验证

【摘要】 齿轮啸叫作为变速箱噪声的主要因素之一,是一种很容易被人耳所识别的单一频率声音。所研究混合动力变速箱在EV加速模式下,可以明显听到齿轮啸叫噪声,通过阶次分析方法,确定了产生啸叫噪声的目标齿轮副(38阶次)。通过经验公式及Masta软件微观优化模块,对啮合齿轮副进行齿向和齿廓进行调整,优化了接触斑点,降低了传递误差。验证修形后整箱及齿轮副的啸叫噪声情况,结果表明齿轮修形后整箱噪声最大降低13Db,单频38阶次噪声低于目标值(35Db),得到了明显的改善。

【Abstract】 The gear whine noise is one of the main causes of transmission noise and it is a single frequency which can be distinguished easily by the human ear.In the paper,the gear whine noise can be heared obviously in the EV acceleration mode of the hybrid tranmission gearbox,we use the method of order analysis to find that gear whine noise was produced by gear meshing(38 th order).Through the empirical formula and Masta software,we adjust the tooth surface of the gear pair for optimizing the contact spots and reducing the transimission error.Checking the noise of the whole box and the gear whine,the results show that the maxumum noise of the whole box has reduced 13 db and the noise of the 38 th order is lower than the target value-35 db.The improvement is obvious.
