轴承注脂机工艺及设备研究与开发

【摘要】 本设计针对注脂机设计的技术难点,讨论分析了现有轴承注脂工艺及设备的特点和不足,提出了三点式定量注脂的工艺方案,制订了相应的注脂工艺,设计开发了新型轴承注脂设备。该三点式定量注脂机分别在2个大端面部位和中隔圈部位进行注脂,每次的注脂量定量准确而且可调。该注脂机采用PLC智能控制系统控制,运用伺服驱动系统注脂,使用涡轮流量计作为注脂量的计量工具。伺服电机系统精度为1mm,注脂量的精度为5g。各位置的注脂量直接在流量显示屏中显示出来,而且注脂量准确,分布均匀,操控简单,生产效率高。与原有的一次注油方式相比,可避免轴承在运行过程中因油膜破坏造成的转动不灵活现象的发生。

【Abstract】 For the technical difficulties of grease machine design,discussion and analysis of characteristics and inadequate of the existing bearing grease injection technology and equipment,this thesis proposed three-quantitative greasing technology program,developed a corresponding greasing process,designed and developed a new type of bearing grease equipment. The three-point quantitative injection machine can be injected twice,from the two large inner parts of the inner ring part of the grease and the middle part of the annulus grease,and greasing amount of each point is accurate and adjustable.The bearing grease machine uses turbine flow meter as grease quantity measurement tools and uses servo drive systems greasing.It is intelligently controlled by the PLC and displays operation by using the touch screen. The accuracy of servo motor system is1 mm,and the accuracy of the filling amount is 5 g. There are advantages of accurate grease quantity,distribution,handling simple,high production efficiency. Compared with the original one of injection side,the grease can avoid the problem of rotation that is not flexible.
