【摘要】 冲片设计是电机研发过程中的一个重要环节。人工绘制冲片CAD图形的操作繁琐而且非常耗时,容易出现疏漏和错误。采用VB语言进行编程,对电机冲片进行参数化设计,用DXF格式图形文件保存图形信息,从而实现电机冲片CAD图形的自动绘制。给出了自动绘图程序的原理以及程序关键部分的示例,程序原理简洁明了。所编程序可以不依靠CAD软件,独立实现预期功能,具有易于编制、使用方便的优点,可以大大节省绘图时间,提高电机冲片设计及加工效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The design of lamination is an important link in the research and development process of electric machines. It is cumbersome and time consuming to plot the CAD drawings of laminations manually,and omissions and errors are prone to occur. The VB language is used for programming to parameterize the electric machine laminations,and the graphic information is saved as graphic files in the format of DXF,so that the CAD drawings of electric machine laminations can be automatically plotted. The principle of automatic drawing program and the examples of key parts of the program are given,the programming principle is simple and clear. The program can realize the expected functions without CAD software,featured with easy programming and convenient use,thereby greatly saving the drawing time and improving the efficiency of design and processing of electric machine laminations.更多还原
