双列圆锥滚子轴承拟动力学分析

【摘要】 为得到较准确的高速动车轴箱轴承动态性能,考虑了轴承内部摩擦,润滑剂以及保持架等因素,利用Python语言求解所建立的双列圆锥滚子轴承(5+3n)自由度拟动力学模型,得到轴承各滚动单元角速度和内外圈接触面相对滑动速度的分布,对不同游隙下滚子打滑率和内外圈PV值动态性能进行了研究。结果表明:随着轴承负游隙的增大,滚动体与内圈接触载荷增大,滚子打滑率逐渐降低;滚动体与内圈相对滑动速度较大,PV值明显大于外圈;与内圈相比,滚动体与外圈接触处产生的热量明显小于内圈处。

【Abstract】 In order to obtain the accurate dynamic performances of high-speed axle box bearing,the double-row tapered roller bearings(5+3 n)degrees of freedom quasi-dynamic model was established by using the Python language,which considered the factors such as the internal friction of the bearing,lubricant and cage. The angular velocity of each rolling element and the relative sliding velocity of the contact surfaces of the inner and outer rings are obtained. The dynamic performance of the roller slip and the PV value of the inner and outer rings under different working conditions are studied. The results are as follows:With the increase of the bearing clearance,the contact load between the rolling element and the inner ring increases,and the roller slip rate decreases gradually;The relative sliding velocity between the rolling element and the inner ring is larger,and the PV value is larger than that of the outer ring obviously;Compared with the inner ring,the heat generated by the contact between the rolling element and the outer ring is obviously smaller than that of the inner ring.
