汽车减振器复原阀片小挠度计算与公式修正
Small Deflection Formula for Calculation and Correction of Automobile Damper Valve Plate in Rebounding Stroke
【摘要】 为准确获得减振器复原阀片弯曲变形中的小挠度表达式与半径的关系,进一步揭示减振器阻尼工作机理,基于单片环形弹性节流阀片的有限元力学模型,对节流阀片弯曲变形进行了仿真研究;基于小挠度理论,提出小挠度理论计算公式的系数修正法,对减振器节流阀片的小挠度计算公式进行了修正。研究结果表明:小挠度理论计算方法所得数值与通过有限元计算的节流开度数值相比偏大(15~19)%,两者之间的偏差值随着限位阀外径的增加而减少;减振器阀片小挠度理论计算公式的修正系数与阀片厚度,阀片的外半径和内半径的比值有关。
【Abstract】 To accurately obtaining the relation between the expression of small deflection and its radius in bending deformation for automobile damper valve plate,and further revealing the working mechanism of damping force,based on finite element mechanics model of the monolithic elastic annular throttle slice,the deformation expression and simulation of throttle slice were put forward. Base on the small deflection theory,the coefficient correction method of small deflection calculation formula was proposed,and the deflection formula of the shock absorber throttle slice was modified. The results show that throttle opening value obtained by numerical finite element method is relatively larger(15~19)% than small deflection theory,and the offset value is reduced with increasing diameter. The modified small deflection coefficient of shock absorber valve was related to the valve plate thickness and the ratio of the outer and inner radius.
