驻波型热声制冷机板叠间的换热分析
The Analysis of the Heat Transfer in the Stacks of the Standing Wave Type Thermoacoustic Refrigerator
【摘要】 基于线性小振幅声场,探讨了气体微团与固体板叠之间能量传递规律,系统地分析了谐振腔板叠内的热力过程。为了分析驻波型热声制冷机制冷因数,阐述了气体微团与固体板叠之间的热量交换,直观地了解气体微团与固体板叠之间热量交换的数值变化关系。运用稳态流动理论估算了气体与固体之间的换热量,根据经典传热学理论,对重要传热系数进行试验确定,但是试验结果与理论估算值有较大误差,表明稳态的对流换热理论已经不适用于热声理论。
【Abstract】 The regular of energy transfer between the gas micro mass and the solid plate was discussed in this paper based on the theory linear small-amplitude sound field. The thermal process of the cavity plate stack was analyzed systematically.In order to analyze the refrigeration factor of the standing wave thermoacoustic refrigerator,it expounds the heat exchange between the solid pack and gas mass,and then intuitive understanding the change in value of the heat exchange between gas micro mass and solid plate.By using the theory of steady-state flow estimation of the heat transfer between gas and solid and the classical theory of heat transfer,test to determine important heat transfer coefficient.But it has a great error of test results and the theoretical estimates which Show that the convection heat transfer in a steady state theory has does not apply to thermoacoustic theory.
