高效稳定涂层预制备火焰喷涂枪的研制
Design of Flame Spraying Gun for Prefabricating High Efficiency and Stable Coating
【摘要】 为了解决传统喷涂枪易堵塞、易回火、喷嘴寿命短等造成的涂层质量不稳定、喷涂效率低等问题,基于喷涂枪的技术要求,通过设计射吸式防回火结构、中心送粉式喷嘴、控制气阀、枪体,并增加冷却系统,成功研制了高效稳定涂层预制备火焰喷涂枪,并通过喷涂特性对比试验验证了设计的有效性和可行性。结果表明利用研制的火焰喷涂枪制备涂层可有效减少孔隙、界面孔洞、裂纹及氧化夹杂,提高涂层的致密度和界面结合特性,而且具有优异的沉积效率、喷涂速率及火焰焰流特性。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of the instability of the coating quality and low spraying efficiency caused by traditional spraying gun which is easy to plug and tempering as well as short service life of the nozzle,based on the technical requirement of spraying gun,a flame spraying gun for prefabricated high efficiency and stable coating was developed successfully by the design of ejection-suction type anti-tempering structure,central powder feeding nozzle,control valve,gun body,and adding the cooling system. Additionally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the design were verified by contrast test of spraying characteristics. The results show that the coating prepared by the developed flame spraying gun can effectively reduce porosity,interface pores,cracks and oxidation inclusions,as well as improve the density and interface bonding characteristics of the coating,and has excellent deposition efficiency,spraying rate and flame flow characteristics.
