静磁场对骨折愈合的作用及其机制研究进展
Research progress in effect of static magnetic field on fracture healing and its mechanism
【摘要】 研究表明,静磁场(SMF)可促进骨折愈合,有效缩短骨折愈合时间,且在相关临床治疗中有所应用。SMF无需外接电源,对组织无电热刺激,具有体积小、便于长期局部应用等优点,在骨折愈合治疗的临床应用上具有一定的发展潜力。该文从SMF对骨折愈合的影响、细胞生物学效应、骨折愈合相关细胞因子、生物膜离子通道等方面进行综述,并对其应用前景进行了探讨与分析。
【Abstract】 Studies have shown that the static magnetic field(SMF) can promote and effectively shorten the time of fracture healing,and is applicable to related clinical treatment.The SMF does not need external power supply,has no electrothermal stimulation to the tissue,is of small size and suitable for long-term local application,and has a good prospect of development in the clinical application of fracture healing.In this paper,the effects of the SMF on fracture healing,cellular biological effects,cytokines related to fracture healing and biofilm ion channels are reviewed,and its prospect of application is discussed and analyzed.
