六人座椅静强度计算及自由模态分析

【摘要】 随着地铁车辆的快速发展,地铁已在许多城市交通中担负起主要的乘客运输任务,而座椅作为乘客在乘车过程中最重要的设备之一,其舒适性和安全性至关重要。本文使用solidworks建立6人座椅实体模型,然后导入hypermesh软件中,进行网格划分和附属单元属性,之后导入Ansys进行静强度计算和模态分析。静强度计算结果根据欧洲标准《铁道车辆车体结构要求》在安全范围之内。避免车辆运动过程中所产生的频率与座椅本身固有频率发生共振,对座椅面的自由状态进行模态分析,找出危险共振频率,在列车运营时避免危险频率范围,保证乘坐人员安全。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of subway vehicles,the subway has played the most important role in passenger transportation in the urban traffic system.However,as one of the most important equipment for passengers during the ride,the comfort and safety are of paramount importance.This paper uses the solidworks to build a six-seat solid model,which is then imported into the hypermesh software for meshing and satellite element properties and then the statistics will be imported into Ansys for static strength calculation and modal analysis.According to the European standard in Structural Requirements of Railway Vehicle Bodies,the results of the static strength calculation are within the safe range.The analysis tries to avoid the resonance produced by the frequency generated during the movement of the vehicle and the natural frequency of the seat itself and then makes modal analysis of the free state of the seat surface in order to find out the dangerous resonance frequency to ensure the safety of the passengers by avoiding dangerous frequency range during the operation of the subway vehicles.
