【摘要】 我国工程建设标准化工作多年以来偏重城市建设,村镇建设标准体系仍处于空白阶段。文章以标准化系统工程原理为理论基础和方法指导,通过对标准化系统工程的内涵、方法论空间、对象系统分析等与农村住宅建设产业发展实际的有效结合,形成了标准化系统工程在农村住宅建设技术标准体系构建中的应用思路。系统开展了农村住宅建设标准依存主体系统分析,构建了结构化的农村住宅建设技术标准体系框架模型和标准体系表。结合《标准体系表编制原则和要求》的规定,建立了农村住宅建设技术标准体系表的层次结构示意图和层次结构格式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The standardization work of engineering construction in our country has focused on urban construction for many years, and the corresponding standard system of village construction is still in a blank stage. This paper takes the principle of standardization system engineering as the theoretical basis and the method guidance.Through the effective combination of the standardization system engineering connotation, the methodology space, the object system analysis and so on with the rural housing construction industry development, the thought has formed of the application of standardization system engineering in the construction of technical standard system for rural residential construction. The system analysis of the subject of rural housing construction standards have been systematically carried out, and a structured framework model and standard system table of rural housing construction technical standards have been built. According to the provisions of the "Principles and Requirements for the Preparation of the Standard System List", the hierarchical structure diagram and the hierarchical structure format of the Technical Standard System Table for Rural Residential Construction are established.更多还原
