某难选萤石矿浮选试验研究
Experiment Study on Flotation of a Refractory Fluorite Ore
【摘要】 某碳酸盐型萤石矿CaF2含量为28.05%、CaCO3含量为18.45%、硫含量为0.50%。针对矿石含硫量较高,有用矿物与脉石紧密共生且部分矿石易发生过粉碎的情况,采用"优先浮硫—萤石粗精矿再磨再选"的浮选工艺处理该萤石矿石。在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占80%、丁基黄药用量200 g/t、2号油用量50 g/t条件下预先脱硫及部分细泥,浮硫尾矿进行萤石浮选;采用酸化水玻璃+腐殖酸钠为萤石浮选组合抑制剂,在油酸用量400 g/t、碳酸钠用量1 200 g/t、抑制剂用量1 500 g/t条件下进行粗选,粗精矿再磨至-0.038 mm占85%,采用1粗2扫5精的萤石浮选流程,可获得CaF2品位98.07%、回收率80.80%的萤石精矿。
【Abstract】 There is 28.05% CaF2,18.45% CaCO3,0.50% S in a carbonate type fluorite ore. In view of the fact that the ore has a high sulfur content,the useful mineral is closely symbiotic with the gangue and some of the ore is prone to pulverization,the fluorite ore is treated by a flotation process of "preferred sulphur-fluorite rough concentrate regrind reseparation". In the grinding fineness-0.074 mm accounted for 80%,butyl xanthate dosage 200 g/t,2#oil dosage 50 g/t pre-desulfurization and some fine mud,sulfur floating tailings for fluorite flotation;acidification sodium silacate + sodium humate combination for fluorite flotation inhibitor,rough flotation with oleic acid dosage 400 g/t,sodium carbonate dosage 1 200 g/t,inhibitor dosage 1 500 g/t,rough concentrate regrind-0.038 mm accounted for 85%. The fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 98.07%and recovery rate of 80.80% was obtained by one roughing five cleaning two scavenging fluorite flotation process.
